All primary data is stored in the European Union:

ℹ️ Info: clarife does not store primary data in the United States or other regions outside the EU. Edge caching by Vercel may temporarily replicate public marketing pages globally.

What We Do NOT Collect

Third-Party Data Sharing
clarife does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

⚠️ Warning: AI features (video generation, scenarios, AI Assist in the editor, and automatic step description for screenshots) send document content, block text, and screenshots to third-party AI and TTS providers. This data is processed transiently and not stored after the request completes. Nothing is stored on the model side, and a workspace Owner can disable AI Assist for the whole team.

💡 Tip: You can export all your data at any time and delete your account when you no longer need the service.
Does clarife read my documents?
No. Your documents are private and only accessed by automated systems when you explicitly use features like AI video generation, AI Assist, or sharing. No human reviews your content.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Content and screenshots sent to AI providers (OpenRouter / Anthropic Claude, Google TTS) are used only for the specific request and are not used for model training.
Can I request deletion of my data without deleting my account?
You can delete individual documents, projects, and shares at any time. For bulk deletion beyond what the UI supports, contact support@clarife.app.
Does clarife use cookies?
Yes, essential cookies for authentication and preferences. Optional analytics cookies (Umami) are privacy-friendly and do not track personally identifiable information. Cookie consent is required.
