Free Trial

Every new clarife account starts on the free Free plan. At any time you can start a 14-day free trial of Pro or Business. The trial requires a card, but you won't be charged if you cancel before it ends.

ℹ️ Info: The trial gives you full access to the plan you choose (Pro or Business) so you can evaluate clarife before committing to a paid plan.

During the trial you have access to:

ℹ️ Info: The 3 free AI video generations are a Free-plan bonus - you get them independent of the trial and they don't expire. The trial is not required to receive them.

1. Subscribe to a paid plan - Choose Pro or Business before the trial ends. Your data and work are preserved seamlessly.
2. Or continue on the Free plan - If you do not subscribe, your account automatically moves to the Free plan. Your documents are preserved but subject to Free plan limits (5 documents, 100 MB, 1 project).

💡 Tip: You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time during the trial. Your trial period is not affected - you will only be charged after the trial ends.

Yes, a credit card (or confirmation of another available payment method) is required, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't pay a thing. Each account gets one free trial.

Trials cannot be extended. If you need more time to evaluate, contact support@clarife.app.

Your free starter credits (3) do not expire when the trial ends - they stay on your account. To keep generating videos, purchase a credit pack from Settings > Billing.

You can trial either Pro or Business - choose the plan you want to evaluate when you start. A Business trial includes Business-only features like custom domain, custom branding, Knowledge Bases, and extra seats.
