Documents
The Free plan allows up to 5 documents. Pro and Business plans have no document limit. Documents in the trash count toward your total until permanently deleted.
Storage
Storage is calculated from all uploaded screenshots, enhanced images, and generated video files. Storage usage is shown in Settings > Billing.
ℹ️ Info: Storage limits apply to your total account usage. When you approach your limit, a warning banner appears on the dashboard.
Projects
Free accounts can create 1 project folder. Pro and Business accounts have unlimited projects.
Shares
The Free plan allows 3 active share links at any time. Deactivate an existing share to create a new one. Pro and Business have no sharing limits.
AI Video Generations
Every new account gets 3 free AI video generations on the Free plan - independent of any trial, and they don't expire. Beyond that, AI video generation runs on AI Video credit packs, available on all plans (see current pricing on the pricing page). Each generation creates a video up to 5 minutes long.
AI Assist
AI assist actions (rewrite, translate, describe a screenshot, and more) have a monthly allowance that resets each billing cycle: Free 3, Pro 30, Business 150. This allowance is separate from AI Video credits.
Knowledge Base
Knowledge Bases are a Business-only feature. Business includes up to 3 Knowledge Bases, each with up to 20 categories and 200 entries.
What Happens When You Hit a Limit?

💡 Tip: Upgrade to Pro at any time from Settings > Billing to unlock unlimited documents, projects, and shares.
